As far as I can tell, this piece of nonsense has been doing the rounds since about 2008. Recently though, an updated version has come to my attention again via a couple of Facebook groups and, more worryingly still, a friend of mine who works for an NGO and is based in India received Chetterjee’s musings as a pamphlet just today (2nd March 2012). The Admin on one anti-vaccination facebook group challenged the dissenters to refute each of the 40 points. Here goes:
